AdvocateIQ collects the minimum information required to prepare your appeal—your name, contact details, insurance information, and uploaded documents.
We do not sell or share your information. Ever.
All documents are encrypted. Payments are processed, (and encrypted), securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Documents are deleted (90) days after final communications. To request or confirm deletion of your information, contact us at hello@getadvocateiq.com
Privacy & HIPAA Training
AdvocateIQ takes privacy and document security seriously. Our founder has completed Accredited HIPAA Training covering privacy, security, breach awareness, business associate responsibilities, and the proper handling of Protected Health Information.
AdvocateIQ uses documented privacy and security procedures, secure document handling practices, limited-access workflows, and minimum-necessary review standards when working with sensitive healthcare, insurance, and billing documents.
Training certificate available upon appropriate partner request.

AdvocateIQ provides document preparation services only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Our appeal packages are prepared for informational and advocacy purposes.
Results may vary based on your insurance plan, denial reason, and insurer. AdvocateIQ does not guarantee approval of any appeal.
Payment of $175.00 is due at time of submission and is non-refundable once processing has begun.

AdvocateIQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
